- David Luck Review added: 2018.06.30★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have plastic gates that were not fitted by this company. A thief tried to force the handle and bent the bar that actuates the lock mechanism. I rang Plastil and got a replacement the next day for no charge. At a later date the lock itself broke leaving me with no security. I contacted Plastil, purchased a replacement lock, which I received by the next day. Given that I was not an original customer for the company's products I think this all shows a good attitude to after sales service.
