- Michael Newby Review added: 2018.07.14★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Waterstones Books is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I ordered a book on the 27th November order number 62092758-1 and despite various promises and excuses it has still has not arrived so I have now had to go out and buy another Christmas present for my wife
I am told it is because the book is coming from the USA but nowhere on the advert does it mention this in fact its says posted from Fife Scotland I have now asked for a full refund but live in hope
